Add "Project Manager" to Onboarding Job Title List

Users with the job title "Project Manager" cannot find their title in the dropdown list during the account setup/onboarding process. This causes confusion as they are unsure what to select. Please add "Project Manager" as a standard option to the onboarding flow to improve the user experience and ensure accurate content personalization for this common role.
