I want to be able to see individual course progress not just as a percentage, but also as a count of completed lessons (e.g., "5 out of 10 lessons completed"). This would help in better understanding exactly how much of a course a learner has finished.

I want to be able to get reporting on individual lessons or videos, not just full courses. This is important because we often share specific lessons (like CEO updates) and need to track who has watched them without requiring them to complete an entire course.

Amazon Voucher issue
I’ve been facing issues with Amazon vouchers. The first time I received one, I couldn’t redeem it because it showed as already used by someone else. Then on December 29, 2025 (around 2:04 PM IST), I redeemed another voucher but never received it via email. The same thing happened again on March 30, 2026—I redeemed the voucher but didn’t get any email. Could you please check this and help resolve the issue?

Instead of defining team member / team manager relationship via team ownership, admins can define a new user field ‘Reports To’ With this field, admins can select a user’s manager irrespective of which team they are from This will simplify reporting structure and make things easier for admins

Limited admins can see reports and act upon people of specific region, hotel, location, etc.
