Issue when Reviewing Situational Tests

We are currently facing an issue when reviewing completed Situational Tests. When clicking on a completed test, the interface incorrectly displays the questions as if they can be answered again.

This issue is expected to be resolved in our next release, scheduled for the second week of November.
