Limited Admin Access

A new role that has limtied access to the 5Mins admin side

This role will have limtations of both data visibility and 5mins actions based on certain attributes such as teams, regions, or any other custom fields.

Limited admins can see reports and act upon people of specific region, hotel, location, etc.
