Roles syncing from HRIS Integration

Currently users can select their own roles during onboarding

Some comapnies prefer that the role information is pre-selected

This pre-selection will be live in our manual sync process where admins can select roles while invitation (18 Feb)

However, we want to extend the same feature for HRIS integrations as well
